I can not download anything from abc.net.au:iview, I always get an error 246000...

This error message appears when you are using one of the following:
an older operating system
an older browser version
security browsers such as AVG

No, this is incorrect. I am using the latest update of Windows 10.

What is happening with this issue? it has now been several months since I reported it and the issue is still present.

Now it says win11 which may not be supported.

I just test downloaded several episodes....all worked fine. You might have a VPN error if using one.

Even with the update for Windows 11 it still shows the same error. I'm not using a VPN.
