where can i get the offline installer

Well, I used that link to download the installation file to my hard disc. I launched it and it installed just fine. And it works just fine on my Win10 system.
I think that means it is an "off-line" installation file (since it did not launch and then download the full program), but maybe someone else knows more than I do . . .

Download installer Disconnect computer from internet and then try to install the program.
If it works, then it is an offline installer !

If it does not work without internet, then it is an online installer.
