We are not rip any UHD movies

My UHD ripper will not rip any uhd movie. it reads the disc and when I press start it ejects the disc and says task complete. I've spent a lot of money for this and now I have to go to a competitor to get the disk to rip. Need this fixed

I'm sure the DVDFab staff would be glad to look into it for you but they'll need more information first. What model of UHD friendly optical drive do you have? Is it one of the ones on the list posted on this page? Have you used the UHD Drive Tool on it? You'll want to attach your log file after experiencing a failure when trying to rip a movie. You can find it in "C:\Users\User\Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab12\Log\dvdfab_internal.txt" You can also start a support ticket using the "Feedback" button on the top right corner of the DVDFab app. It should automatically send the log file along with your support request.

Anyways I'm sure one of the forum mods will respond soon but save them some time by giving some more information so they don't have to ask for it.

I know the drive works because I use a competitors rip and it works fine. Where is the UHD drive tool. And thank you very much for taking the time to answer.

Hi Dave, please post the dvdfab_internal log file.

As for UHD Drive Tool, it's in the Launchpad. Please check the image attached.

You were sent the internal log file. I checked my DVDFab and there is no such thing as UHD drive tool as you described in the picture above. Perhaps this is for windows not a Mac. I have a Mac
