Trying to download anything from HBOMax just stays at 0/0bytes for hours. I don't see any actual disk or network traffic on my system either.

Not sure why my log file didn't attach, but here it is.

It started with me two days ago, it would start DL'n the first episode of a series almost get all the way to mux'n and then it would start all over again but eventually getting the first episode DL'd and not having issue. This happened for two days and now it just freezes up on the 0 bytes. Only having this on HBOMax.

I only tried this two movies and I don't have time to complete them. But They do seem to workif you uncheck the subtitles and do not download them. Of course most of us would like them.I hope this helps someone.

Don't see an option to uncheck downloading subtitles, it's either Extract or Remux, either way you are downloading subtitles and it is still locking up with 0 bytes. Will wait for the new fix/version as noted.

Hi Down2Earrth. I am using newest version, 4.0.1.6. After I click on a movie as if to begin the download a boxappears with Audio language and a selection of subtitle languages. I the click none for the subtitles, or uncheck all subtitle languages and the download begins.Please see screenshots. It works for me.

I've updated to 4.0.1.7 also and am also a no-go. Funny -- I used to be literate, but then I got old. Can I still get a log file if my laptop hangs and I have to re-boot it? BTW - the "no subtitle" trick seems to be working on the movie I'm trying to currently download. Fingers crossed. Many thanks to whomever suggested this.

I am finding that some titles download successfully, while others are still getting stuck at 0 progress. (JFK, Escape From New York, Outbreak all got stuck for me)

So far none of the Harry Potter movies I've tried have worked with subtitles turned on. Turning that option off works fine though.

Seems 4.0.1.7 fixed some but not all......about the log files, it only matters if a download gets interrupted from being downloaded that you won't get the full downloaded log. Other then that all logs stays intact on your computer/laptop. To check for reference, Click on the three lined icons in the upper right corner in StreamFab, which would be highlighted as Settings, scroll down to Open log Folders and there you have your drmDownloader file/logs to send, click on that to open it to check!

By the way..these guys made it confusing by name changing....StreamFab is your first module and drmDownloader is your second module out of StreamFab which actually is your downloader.
