HDR10 vs Dolby Vision for 4K download in HBOMax?

So I have the "Download HBO Max videos in 4K HDR10/Dolby Vision quality if available" selected, because I do want to download them in 4k.

BUT I have a question: What determines HDR10 vs Dolby Vision for the download? All the 4K movies I downloaded are HDR10.

I'm just curious, not reporting a bug or complaining, I mean I prefer HDR10 as I only have 1 TV in the house that supports Dolby Vision, and we usually use Plex on our Roku Ultra 4670 which only supports HDR10.

For now, it's downloaded as HDR10 only, for the Dolby Vision, the video color is not downloaded correctly, still in checking...

When DV is working, IF there is any way to select HDR10 vs DV when downloading, that would be great! Not everyone has Dolby Vision capable play back equipment.
