Problems with stuttering and subtitles

Hello,

I am using UHD Creator to convert 4K MKV files to 4K ISOs. I'm having issues where the resulting ISO files are stuttering (e.g. A Bug's Life, Finding Nemo) or the subtitles freeze and then suddenly speed up rapidly (e.g. Casino, Home Alone). The MKVs playback fine on my media player (an IPUK UHD 8591 Pro), but I prefer my files to be stored in ISO format as they play quicker and certain MKV files have issues with True-HD audio. The MKV files are UHD Remuxes so unconverted 4K video and HD audio.

My PC is a Razer Book 13 laptop which is a Core i7 (1165G7), 16GB Ram, 512 GB HD, it has Intel Iris XE graphics with 96 execution units.

I've attached my fabcheck-internal log file, would appreciate it if you could have the developer check it please.

Thanks for your message.

All the subtitles are embedded within the MKVs, rather than external .srt files. I have attached a MediaInfo .txt file for A Bugs Life MKV together with the dvdfab_internal log file.

As an FYI, when I convert the 4k UHD MKVs to ISOs in UHD Creator the process is very quick when compared to doing the equivalent task in Blu-ray Creator (for BD Remux) on my Mac.

The QA team could not duplicate the stuttering issue using the source you provided.
Just one thing though, due to some problem we were unable to download the complete video "A Bugs life", we tested the other one.
Please try the "A Bugs life" file again with the latest version, if still have the same problem, please provide the latest log file.
Also, please upload the "A Bugs life" again, thank you.
