Smaugy I have closed captioning turned off on both Amazon and NetFlix but when I go to watch a movie at either site the Closed Captioning is turned on. I can't find a way to disable closed captioning in player. Could you point me to it or get it working in PlayerFAB.Thanks......
Smaugy I just tried it and I am still getting subtititles for playing something from Amazon.Here is the settings:And here is the bottom clip of one video from Amazon with captioning:I have attached the logs for playerfab in hopes that it helps.Thanks.....
Mona To confirm, have you tried turning off the subtitle during playback?If still have a problem, please specify the video name, give zip the whole log folder and send it to us, we will check. Thank you.
Smaugy So I just installed 7.0.0.2 and the subtitle issues I was reporting seems to be gone. I can turn them on and off without issue so I think I am good to go now.Appreciate you pointing out that additional menu, I hadn't know about it -- subtitles were turned off in there and with the newer version, everything seems to be working correctly now.Thanks.....
