CBR & CVBR

Can a option be put in setting to default to either CBR or CVBR?

After much testing and discovering the lower audio & larger file size, I would rather my options at DL be defaulted to CBR and use H.265.

We will consider adding such an option set CBR or CVBR.

Mine seems to default to CVBR. I haven't changed it because I don't fully understand the trade-off. Which setting corresponds to what was used before version 5.0.2.4?
