Generally speaking, when encountering this kind of error, you can:
1. Clean and update the drive/burner, or use a different one;
2. Slow down the write speed, half ratio of the blank media would be good, say max is 8x, set it to 4x; please go to DVDFab Common Settings>Drives>DVDWrite / Blu-ray Write to slow down the write speed;
3. Try a different brand or kind of blank media. Better quality better burning experience and playback effect. Try to pick up some Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim with the (AZO dye) on the label.
4. If you have other burning tools (Imgburn, a free tool for example), you can try to burn with it and see the result.
