Please clean the disc and go to DVDFab Common Settings>Drives>Read, mark the option "ignore all the reading errors automatically" to try again and see if it will make a difference.

I cleaned it, tried again, this time clicking ignore all. DVDfab still stops ripping at 15% with the following: 17:14:07 Read Error: The result might be incomplete or cannot play back correctly.Please clean the disc and try again.

is this a DVD disc or Blu-Ray disc ??

It's a Blu-ray from the 3 disc combo pack with the other 2 Bill and Ted movies.

Read error normally indicates something wrong with the disc, could be a fingerprint or the disc itself has some sort to manufacture problem.

Do you have the same read error with another Blu-ray disc? If it is a common issue, you may consider using a different drive.

You may use Clone mode to have a try and see if you can create an ISO file.
