Is it posible to only download Subtitles?

Is there a way to download only the Subtitles and NOT the video?

Some shows I downloaded without the .srt files and some shows I already have, but they don't have subtitles.

Is this possible to do?

Go to the site https://subscene.com/ instead, they have tons of subs as SRT for direct download.

Streamfab still does not autoselect forced subs from Netflix even though it is set to do so, and if I forget to do so, I will download it again with the lowest resolution video and lowest bit rate audio and of course the subs I want. Have not checked out the site suggested.
