Can't Copy or Rip Zombieland UHD; Cloud Server problem

Like many others, I'm afflicted with the curse of DVDFab being unable to Copy or Rip Zombieland UHD. I bought the movie on disc here in Australia. The case says regions A, B and C, so that shouldn't be getting in the way.
When DVDFab Copy or Rip Zombieland gets to accessing the Cloud Server, it hesitates and says 2-3 minutes, etc, then always stops / fails after a delay.
I'm running the latest version of DVDFab. I've used it to Copy or Rip over 700 Blu Ray / UHD discs so far (about 32TB) and Zombieland UHD is the only one with this problem.
I originally thought maybe the problem was with the disc I happened to buy, but there are plenty of other people reporting the same issue.
Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Just tried again a couple of times with the same result. Below is a copy of what I hope is the relevant part of the dvdfab_internal.log following my copy attempt. There might be some duplication in there from the 2 attempts:
- Zombieland 4K UHD (+ Blu-Ray) disc. Regions A B C. Bought here in Australia.
- Copy Main Movie (from UHD disc).

I used DVDFab 12.0.9.3 (latest version) for this attempt to copy. Package includes UHD Copy, so presumably also current version, but the same thing has happened all along with previous versions of DVDFab.

Thanks, Mona. Fingers crossed for a good outcome.
Worst case, I can still play Zombieland UHD using by B-R / UHD player. I hope I don't have to resort to that.
Zappiti as part of my media centre is better and DVDFab mostly does a great job (this is a very rare exception) of converting disc files into media centre friendly files.

OK. Thanks Mona. Either I'll try to buy a copy that's different and will hopefully work with the DVDFab Cloud Server (no way of telling without trying it) or I'll accept that I'm not going to use DVDFab to add Zombieland to my media centre.

Is there a path to resolving this issue with Zombieland UHD?

I get the same error message when trying to use the ripper or copy functions of DVD Fab on this disc.

The software states:
"Accessing DVDFab Cloud Server. It may take 2-3 minutes, please wait .... 0% UHD Blu-Ray Source: D:\[ZOMBIELAND]"

After approximately 2 - 3 minutes, the following error appears:
"An unknown error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at DvdFab website."

I have checked to see if there is an updated version and am currently on the most recent version: 12.1.1.3

Please advise.
