Can anyone tell me which option gives the [absolute best] output quality when at the stage in Blu-ray Creator to write your project to ISO for burning to disc?

Same as Source or Fit to Disc?

"same as source" - video quality and size will stay same with the original source
"fit to disc" - will make the video source fit the size of the target disc (shrunk) video quality may suffer using this method.
