StreamFab after downloading from SkyShowttime (Spain) gives to audiotracks and subtitle files no real language name but "unknown" to all of them.
See enclosed print screens and log file. I'm using Windows 11. The movie for this tedst is "Safe House". The same outcome happens with other movies or series.

Do you really need 7 audio tracks and 8 subtitle tracks? Have you ever tried it with just 1 or 2 languages, like most normal people?

I tried last year one month for 1,99€ in Romania
but at this time I can't dl anything so I canceled.

The language offered are not identical in different countries.

I see no trial for SkyShowtime in Spain - and in Germany is Sky not SkyShowtime:
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Kosovo, Montenegro,
Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden

Great work! So, we have some audio languages and subtitle languages. The important one missing is French for both, because Joseg lists his country as Belgium and his language as French. But he is requesting English and Spanish for audio and as the first two for subtitles. Maybe Jack (@jpp72) could add a comment on this because he understands how languages and subtitles in SF work better than me. If the show isn't in English audio, I don't watch it. I don't do subtitles.

Yes, but he is in Belgium and speaks French, according to his StreamFab.log. He is connecting with SkyShowtime in Spain.

Being from the US, I have a hard time wrapping my head around the European experience. Every few hundred miles you have a different country and a different language.

Yes, I'm in Belgium and speak French among others. My native mother tong is Spanish but I like to have audio and captions in different languages which allow me to learn more than what I already know.The issue withStreamFab was very little: the outcoming file name is not showing the language it is and I've to rename each file before using DVDFAB creator.

I have been having this issue for some time, across all streaming services. I only DL English audio and subs but SF never identifies the correct audio language so causes my Plex server to load subs by default, which is annoying as I then have to switch them off every time. I have raised this on here in the past but seen no resolution either. I raise this again because this thread has become active.

You think so, do you? Personally, as a StreamFab user, I would prefer that developing time was used for fixing the DRM issue, including Amazon and Netflix, rather than wasting it on a problem that has sat unfixed and neglected since March 2023. More and more, I continue to be baffled by how the Developers and Management think and how they run their company.
