Please HELP!! I Can't Download Purchased Video from DMM TV

Hi. I was in Japan last week and I purchased some video off DMM TV for 7-Day Viewing.

Now I am traveling outside of Japan and thought I am free, so wanting to download this video. However, I got some connection error when I try to download it.

I think it is some VPN thing, but I tried so many vpn provider, none of it works.

FANZA works just fine tho.

Please help me with this DMM TV download, please....

Can you view the video on a regular browser using the same network as you used for StreamFab?

I can not view the video on regular browser. But DMM works fine with the same VPN. Is there any VPN or way to bypass whatever they are doing on DMM?

Sorry, I mean but FANZA (not DMM) works fine with same vpn

We have tested some videos, we could not duplicate the problem. Please restart the software to try again and feedback with a full log file.
A regular log file should start with these:
