good afternoon, I wonder if there possibility to convert an MKV file with dolBy Vision layer to Another format is MKV, MP4 or M2TS but retains the Dolby Vision layer.

It‘s not supported, but the developer team has a plan to add this kind of conversion support between mp4 and mkv.
