CW Hang up on "wait to download"

Anyone else having problem downloading from CW where it starts been then hangs up on "wait to download"? Happened on SF 6128 and still doing it on 6129

I tried downloading an episode of Ascension, but it kept failing, with the message “unable to process video information”. However, no problem with an episode of Coroner and Dark Matter.

Did you try clean the queue and caches to re-try?
Please clean and then restart to try again. If still have the same problem, please feedback with the latest log file. Thanks.
