Let me explain where I was going with my VPN theory. I had written an explanation previously but erased it because part of it was an exception to Mona sending it over to the Developer while I was working on it and after I had spent several hours researching the problem. What I found in the two original StreamFab.logs was that they appeared to be connecting with a Japanese server. Upon doing that, they were receiving 103 errors. One of causes for 103 errors is if you are using a VPN to make it look like you are connecting from Toyko but your time on the computer shows that you are in Buffalo, NY, USA. Geolocation checking is getting pretty sophisticated and you can expect more streamer sites to start doing it. Some VPN will automatically make the time change but most will not as of right now. That's what I was trying to track down, the possibility that that was the problem. You need to ask questions if you hope to get answers, to support or to reject a theory. There are several other reasons for 103 errors and I intended to track them down if my VPN theory bottomed out which it probably did as I see that gteudt writes that, at least for him, he was not using a VPN. Well, it's in the hands of the Developer now and so you'll have to wait and see if the next update has anything about a Crunchyroll fix.
