do you get subtitles if you select the "Extract to SRT File" in settings - VIP Services ??

I always have it set to extract to srt file and has not worked for a bit now. I have also tried to remux into file but has not worked either. To clarify, this issue applies for all english speaking videos but here is one example:

The .vtt has already been converted over to an SRT. I don't understand what the ffmpeg is doing, especially the [out+subcc]. It looks almost like the subtitle is being combined with the video as in a burn-in. I could be wrong because I really don't understand what it is really going on there. In the end, the subtitle is ruled invalid.

If it has not been done already, Jack/Mona/Wilson needs to send this over to the Developer.

Firstly, Mona is not handling the StreamFab forum any longer.
No, this was never sent to the Developers by me. I have no idea whether Jack/Mona/Wilson sent it to Developers, as I requested. I would only see Jack do that if it was done. I didn't see it. I can't read the staff's mail. I would not personally send it over to the Developer at this time. Their sole priority is fixing the DRM issue and are not working on any other issue. Please be patient until that has been taken care of.
Jack, @jpp72, would be the best one to talk to about subtitle questions in the meantime while you are waiting.

I know the team is aware of and working on the many issues caused by the upgraded DRM. Criterion channel is completely down also due to this and I see nothing in the updates for repairing this site's protections as well. Please advise that this is also in the works with the developers
