Rich86 You need to provide more info. Assuming you are in DVDFab, what settings are you using? What output have you specified? When you say the audio is fine, I assume you are saying the blu-ray disc plays back audio ok?

Rich86 Are you using version 13? When the program brings up the dialog box after it has seen the disc, what video, audio & subtitle selections do you make in the dialog box? What program are you using to test/play the output from DVDFab?
Rich86 Yes - then you get a dialog box to make settings (see attached). What did you choose for output (see drop-down upper right starting with mp4 in image).What did you choose for audio - see drop down center of box starting with "EN AC3 . . ).
