There are other ways to get 1080p and such, if i'm not mistaken other paid software use L1 playready API

I asked one of the competitor if their Amazon downloader works before I make purchase and they told me if my computer supports HDCP then their Amazon module will work normally. So I guess it was a fix with limitation? At least for this particular downloader.

What competition said that? The competition I see has Amazon back to 1080p on everything new and old, the one I am referring to doesn't have modules, it is all included. There is no limitation on the competitors Amazon or any of its other providers except Netflix. Amazon is full 1080p. That is not the case here, Fab is still struggling.Do you even know what HDCP is?

EDIT: You mention Cleverget... looking at their online user manual, their example of "downloading" from Prime, sure looks like recording... Step 4 Check Download progress... the screen grab shows 56:55 at 7% for a 3gig file? If it isn't recording, its way slow internet speed they have when taking that screen shot.

It's a screen recorder (re-encoder) - relatively reliable, but like the
other competion only resolution selectable - not the bitrate
(for me a no go for amazon, because hard changing bitrates)
For some provider it change the fps from 23,976 to 30

I dot know Amazon legitimately allows you to download, but I suspect some sort of DRM, such as HDCP is enforced, among other things. Legitimate customers are constantly shafted on such services. Even Youtube enforces some strict rules for offline content.

The 6.1.6.7 I have installed yesterday in order to download some Amazon stuff which 6.1.6.1 failed to do. Okay, as expected it only downloaded these contents with 540p. Next I wanted to see whether the 6.1.6.7 would download an episode which 6.1.6.1. downloads at 1080p - it does, but also only in 540p.... Why is that? Why does 6.1.6.7 download in 540p when 6.1.6.1 can do it in 1080p? In this aspect the 6.1.6.7 produces the same result as the versions 6.1.6.2-6.
I am talking about Amazon Prime "The Sarah Connor Chronicals Season 1". Episodes 1, 3, 5 and 8 cannot be downloaded with 6.1.6.1 (anaylsing fails). The others 6.1.6.1 downloads in 1080p. I tested 6.1.6.1 versus 6.1.6.7 on Episode 2 - see below screen shots

I added a zip containing the individual StreamFab.log for both versions? In case you need more, I started both times with an empty Log folder and have both available.
