I am running Win10 and since I installed this program from the first version to the last I have always had the same problem. It installs correctly and I can create virtual drives perfectly. For a while it works perfectly but suddenly it stops listing the virtual drives, they disappear even though it still shows the number of created drives, and even if I reboot the system they never appear again in windows explorer or anywhere else. To solve this I am always forced to uninstall the program and reinstall it again. And this is cyclical, it can last a month or a little longer and the drives always end up disappearing.
Any hints or how to fix this problem without having to uninstall the program? TIA
