Unable to open Home Alone Bluray

I've submitted support tickets back in December and still have not seen a fix for this issue. I also uploaded the logs and disc files as requested, has there been any progress on this?

I put my Home Alone blu-ray (Volume Name = HOMEALONE1_WW) in my drive and Passkey (9.4.6.7) opened it just fine.

"Region Code is removed. (Region A, Region Mask 'A ')
AACS protection (AACSLA) is removed. (MKBv9)
BD+ protection (Macrovision) is removed. (gen4)
BluPath: full disc copy/play is supported.
Main playlist: 00001.mpls"

How does this compare to your system? What message does Passkey give you? Is your BD a different release than mine?

I get the error message, "An internal error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab." I just installed the latest version 9.4.6.8 and still getting the same error. The log shows this (at the bottom). My version is the blu ray disc that comes with the 4K 30th Anniversary Ultimate Collector's Edition that came out in September 2020. All other discs I have open with no issues and I can open this disc in File Explorer and see the contents. It also plays fine in the Bluray player. Not sure what I might be going on.

Please completely remove the current version, and then download and run a fresh version of Passkey to try it again.

I tried uninstalling the version and reinstalling with a new download, still get the same crash error. I've tried on multiple computers as well with the same result. Here is the last log entry:
