So you're saying Kigsoft does not download the target video? Ok. If that's the case. Congratulations. You solved it all. I gotta love you, genius. Please keep calling me ignorant, the more you do it, the smarter I get (or should I say, will get? Remember I'm an idiot, I'm dumb, aI'm stupid, so please enlighten me with your incomparable wisdom).

I already did say it - as did others. Several times, in fact, most notably in comment 117. I'd normally assume you couldn't be arsed to read it because you're still asking for confirmation, except that you quoted it while claiming that "according to [my] own description" Kigosoft must be a downloader. Your choices at this point are either that you didn't actually bother to read it, or that you still couldn't comprehend what it meant.
And other than stating that purchasing a screen recorder when you want a downloader is a foolish move, I haven't called you an idiot, dumb, stupid or any other pejorative, so you can just slow your roll right there.
There's generally no shame in being ignorant, since ignorant people can always be educated and banish their lack of knowledge - if they actually want to learn. Then there are people who don't. When they're shown the knowledge that they lack, they still insist that's it's wrong, or that's not what it means, or whatever defensive denial they need to prove to themselves that they're in the right, while derisively calling out the "incomparable wisdom" of anyone who's trying to educate them because denigrating their knowledge is more important than learning something. That's not ignorance, but stupidity, and it can't be overcome - hence the phrase "you can't fix stupid." It's up to you to figure out which category applies to you.
