Samsung DVD player, Sony DVD player and Playerfab.

Lets skip the DVD players for now, as there are many variables like are they really DVD Players? or are they Bluray Players? Do other downloads with subs play the subs correctly? Did you burn the download to disc and are trying to play from disc or are you playing across network somehow, if network how? Do your players support subs embedded in MP4/MKV files or must they be external SRT files in the same folder as, and named exactly as, the MP4 file, etc.
PlayerFab and VLC on your computer are more simple. They should play back the original downloaded files just fine, and have the option to toggle subs on/off, and select which subs you want to use since there is more than one subtitle track in this file per your MediaInfo screen shot in Post 7.
If VLC or PlayerFab can't detect or allow you to select the subs, that is another issue.
Also keep in mind that many players do not respect the "Forced" and "Default" flags if set on subtitles embedded in MP4 files, meaning even if a subtitle track is flagged as default or forced (in MediaInfo, use the View Pull down and select TEXT, you'll see more details about the subs) you will still have to toggle them on and select the subtitles you want. This is appears to be a MP4 limit.
