well.......just check google for "scene/p2p" rlses of rtl shows. You will find all (new) shows/movies with the highest/normal bitrates, tvnow has for years...
so the bitrate is avaible

@Germania is right, RTL sometimes has fixed and sometimes variable bitrates. The bitrate is usually variable if the video was shown on linear TV.
The problem is also with the entire CSI series. All original episodes (uncut, 7800 bitrate) were replaced with videos from the TV broadcast (cut, variable bitrate).
Since the series is sometimes broadcast during the day, 2-3 minutes are missing per episode.
Strangely, I once loaded a video with a variable bitrate, a few hours later with a fixed one. The next day with a variable one again. I think it's a mistake at RTL+ that they don't even know about.
