I recently re-subscribed to Netflix after canceling my account about 6 months ago. I had previously used Netflix on Streamfab. I am wondering if there is something cached with my old account since as soon as I click on something to download on Netflix I am presented with a message that states "Failure analyzing this video, please re-login your Netflix account and try again.". When I click OK I am logged out of Netflix and back on the login screen. Logging back in does not fix the issue and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Streamfab which also doesn't work. Any ideas on something else I can try to fix this? I am going through a VPN so I thought that might be an issue and pulled up Netflix in a browser which worked fine. All other streaming services that I have tried (Amazon, Max, and Paramount Plus) work fine in Streamfab.

Yes, that happened to me a few hours ago too .... even though the version had been working since it was releaseda week ago, hadn't been changed by me and no VPN was used.We've had that happen a few times before - but it's unclear whetherSF needs to take action because of a change by NF or whether,as is usually the case, simply waiting will help (example) .... because it's a problem with NF to prevent account sharing.

I too am having the Netflix analysis failure re-login scenario. It start a few hours ago. I started to download a show and the first one was fine so i minimized StreamFab and went about my other business. i just went to check on its progress and after the first couple of episodes i have the "analysis failure" on all other episodes. I've tried everything restarting StreamFab re-logging into Netflix several times, but now i click on a show and i get the analysis failure right there before i even have a chance to put something in the que...I'm not behind the VPN. My LG TV and Nvidia Shield may be logged into the same account at the same IP address. Having them logged in has never caused an issue in the past...

Last night I started a series and got to my limit; this morning, I can't get past anything analyzing on Netflix; the whole provider is borked.

I just checked and it is happening for me as well. Never even came close to my download limit and haven't used it in a week. Just constantly give the error and makes me log back in to NF.

Look, folks, I have been a software developer for ten years. Admittedly, that's not very long, but I know enough to tell when something is a software issue or when someone or something is stopping it from working. This is a Netflix block. Call me names, tell me I don't know what I am talking about. You all have a right to your opinion, but my statement is not an opinion; it's a fact. Just wait and see. Is there a way around it? Maybe. Will Netflix act against it? Absolutely.

Netflix without SF works perfectly... Netflix analyzing via SF logs you out. Period..

I just confirmed that version 6.1.8.7 fixes the Netflix issue for me. Additionally, Amazon Prime works fine too. I have no other streaming services at the moment to test.

Glad it's fixed, but I have to wonder if whatever NF did to "block" SF is something they can easily do again. Also, and more importantly, I wonder if by blocking things the way they did, they are able to identify which Netflix accounts are using SF... :eek:

It's fixed.... until it's not. It's all a cat and mouse game with this type of software. I appreciate that DVDFab got on it and got it working.
(and hope that they don't suddenly overnight vanish from the face of the earth).

Me had to remove the temp files, but after that it also worked again for me. Thank's for fixing.
Btw: I pay Netflix. As long as I also can download as my video system does not have internet. So for me to watch Netflix it is mandatory to have something like SF to be able to even view. Whenever SF get's blocked I have to cancel Netflix subscription. Until it is fixed by SF

Well, I did a complete uninstall with Revo Uninstaller, restarted then I installed the latest version of SF. It was working perfectly fine earlier and now all of a sudden, no matter what movie I click on, the analyze popup doesn't even show up anymore. Yet Hulu and Amazon work fine. This happening to anyone else?

Ok, So I think I figured out a workaround for the issue. Pick whatever it is you want to download and let it play. Once it starts playing refresh SF and it should analyze the video. I judt did that for netflix.

Scratch that, Now I'm only getting 720p instead of 1080p now from Netflix. I think they upgraded their DRM.

I have the same issue, and my workaround is that instead of clicking play or on the title itself, click on the "down chevron" which is on the right hand side of the popup when you hover over the title. This way you should get the Analyzer popup every time, and also the movie doesn't start playing at all which is also a good thing.
