Look at my feed here and do a clean uninstall of SF and then re-install it

Yup... The issue you had was exactly the same issue I have / had. Followed your steps to uninstall SF and Re-Install the latest version and now was able to download the movie in 1080P. I guess I will add that step (Uninstall & Re-Install) to my list of things to try before creating a Forum Post.
Interestingly enough I used a competitor's software and was told that Disney+ Downloads were only ever available in 720P as that was because of Disney and not the software.
However, I see that SF can download from Disney+ in 1080P so I guess the fact that it was a Disney Limitation was a croc of crap with the other software!!!
