I just updated to 6.1.9.4 and can't log in to Netflix. When I try, the login page just refreshes. I tried using a password and a sign-in code.I can log in to other sites no problem and I can log in to Netflix outside the app.Other than uninstalling and reinstalling, is there something else I should try?edited to mention I'm in Australia and not using a VPN.

I have the same issue. I did do a full uninstallation and reinstall of the latest version and that didn't help.

There has been posts lately, randomly happening. One of many posts (here) and (here)There have been issues in the past with Netflix either the info disappearing or even would save wrong username or password, yet they were being input right.I know a time before many just had to wait as the more you try to log in the worst it will get. And until enough people report the issue, there won't be a fix to streamfab.I make it a point now, once logged in, to save the cookies from SF and many times restoring them, if I get logged out and can't log in, can sometimes work.Continuing uninstalling and installing again and clearing files most likely will not help this specific issue.Hope it clears up or gets fixed, I am luckily still logged in to Netflix via SF.

Same issue here with a clean install on a fresh Windows 11.

For everyone that is having this problem, it probably is best that you report it through the software itself so a support ticket gets created. This way, the developers are sure to see the issue is widespread. I'm not sure if that helps or not getting it fixed but I have done that for every issue I have just so it is tracked in their support system and not just via the forum's.

Changing the netflix password seems to have solved the problem for me

Im far away from blaming anybody. Just tried to tie strings together and get logical answers and solutions, if available. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Nope. Just my Family and me - I've got grown up Kids, myself and my wife. That's it. TV Sets, smartphones and tablets together count 10+. No other "sharing". Just Familiy and me. But of course, the kids have there own homes in the meantime...

Still wondering how the Streamers figure out whether a tablet is mine or not, if I travel around in business or on holiday abroad, having different IP-Adresses from the Hotels where I stay overnight and would like to watch movies on Netflix...? HOW to they determine that the account I'm using is really the one I PAY FOR instead of a "password shared" one? Because it was initally loged in being at my hone, using a DYNAMIC IP Adress? Being in the Internet-Business for years, knowning how DHCP-Servers work, I still have NO IDEA how the streamers figure out which devices are "legal" to an account and which are not.

To be clear: NO, I DO NOT share my account outside from my wife and my kids... ...and Netflix works fine on all registered devices. The powers to be don't want to admit to a SF issue yet again.
Everyone who tries in browser has no issue, whether it's chrome, Firefox or edge or some up to date brand of them, like waterfox, brave, opera, valvaldi etc...
it's only through SF with the info directly disappearing once loggin is pressed. And trying the use send a code option, sends no code and also the info just disappears with no error message to log.
Maybe Sf should look into updating the browser version along with some other old componites. It would cost them nothing as they are all open source freely available, and good chance would fix this and a few other issues.

Yes, seems to be exactly like that, from my point of view.

...and being logged OUT of Netflix "in the background" while downloading epsiodes of a series, ending up with a couple of error messages, having to "retry" the next day. :(

I use NordVPN but it doesn't include Boston, only other states, but I've tried most of them and I still have the same problem: it won't let me download and I get that errorcode:321. Could this be the only one that happens to me?

With Netflix, If you are in the USA, if you need a VPN to log in, once logged in try then disconnecting from VPN to download.
For Using Boston, yea Nord don't have Boston and using Boston is for Peacock.

If anyone is trying for Peacock, try other locations with Nord. Atlanta may work or Chicago. New York, Miami and Buffalo, most likely will not.
Each person testing and each different VPN can produce different results.

There is a version 6196 coming, but unknown as to what is fixed and what is not.
Fingers crossed both Netflix, login and Peacock (server not found) issue are fixed.

Maybe that might work with Netflix, but disconnecting the VPN after sign in sure as hell doesn't work with Peacock. I tried it multiple times and all I got was 0% and 0 segments failures. Went back to keeping the VPN connected, and it worked every time. Besides, why bother doing the extra step to disconnect the VPN when you can just leave it connected and it works?
I hope you come up with something better than that with 6.1.9.6.

For me, changing my password did not fix the issue. That is the weird thing with this issue is that there are multiple workarounds that work but doesn't work for everyone.

VPN alone didn't help.

What helped was:
Start Streamfab without VPN and try to log in to Netflix.
After the login failed, establish a VPN without exiting Streamfab.
Try to log in to Netflix again.
This worked for me immediately.

Tried in Germany, with a VPN connection also in Germany with Nord VPN.

Thanks @miket! That worked for me. I had to make sure to connect to another country in order for mine to work. After, it was great. I appreciate the help.

Changing my password worked for me. And while I did not explore / test this extensivily, the password that did not work had some extended characters included; while the one that does work does not have those same characters. Again, not 100% sure this is what is going on, but it might explain why it works for some and not others.

To log into Netflix, you need to connect to a VPN to change your IP, that's a solution for now, it works well for the login problem.

I had the same problem.

I deleted unused devices in my Netflix account under “Manage access and devices” and updated to the latest version.

Now it works for me again.

If I connect to a Melbourne server first, I can log in to Netflix. Problem with that though, if I then want to open Disney +, I get an error until I disconnect the VPN.
Not fun.
