I am getting that resolution also for that movie on Amazon but on Tubi it's at 1280 x 720p, that's a pretty bad download on Amazon.

Please make sure you can playback the video in 1080p in the normal browser.

This movie is only SD on prime, which is why you are getting that. It also never had an HD release, so guessing Tubi is just upscaled SD.
