Unable to connect to streamfab account and can't use it

Hi, I have purchased a license and installed the streamfab 6.2.0.2 application.
but when I want to log in myself to my stremyfab account to have the license activated, it doesn't work. It can't access to the server.
So I can't use it...
i deactivated firewalls.... tried to re install3d several times and I even tried on 2 different computers and same thing...
I tried the android app and here I could log in.
any solution?

If there are any suspect entries (other as default)
for example 8.0.0.0 - see also here

Or have you other "Security Tools/Web Filter" in Win?

What about your ping test ?
If there is a problem try to change your DNS Server

Did the OP get a message the first time they ran the program about Windows Firewall permissions? Back to Germania, checking the host file.

have you tried rebooting your router or try using a cellular connection ??
might also try deactivating your antivirus software.

With the direction SF is going, you can't expect lower versions to keep working. I think the lowest version that works at all is 6203. But even at that, I can't check.
6205,06 & 07 should work fine.

I thought it was possible that the version had been deactivated ..
.. so I wanted to test it myself first.

I used the test account (here) and have no problem detected:

After Deauthorize I used my real account and it works too with 6197

Then remove it and disable/enable network adapter

Yes, that was the Problem.

Now Log in/Authorizing works without any Problems.

What a small Thing in a File like that can do...
