Client outdated

With version 6.2.0.2, downloads on Joyn no longer work. You get an error message saying that the client is outdated and needs to be updated. However, with version 6.2.0.1, I can still download everything normally.

Something seems to have broken with version 6.2.0.2 on Joyn.

It is also on RTL+

I think it is server-side, yesterday it worked

I can only confirm (at least for joyn) 6202 release + beta affected
not only new releases - same with older releases

Big question: Does this affect "only" German provider?
At least Amazon.de + NF Germany works for me

I did notice when going to 6202 that they changed the browser. It looks more like Chrome than it ever did before. I even get the "save password" popup like Chrome does when logging into sites.

6202 use CEF 128.4.8.0

CEF = Chromium Embedded Framework
(Chromium is source for Chrome, Edge, Brave, Vivaldi ..)

I am also getting the same error on 6.2.0.2 in the US. This version has not been downloading Paramount since I updated it. Today, this message popped up.

I think the support is just… there. No matter what problem I’ve written to them about, they’ve never actually helped.

Whether it’s the Netflix issue (they could have sent the beta but didn’t, lol), the Amazon Analyze problem, or the general naming issue with the 720p H264 output on Netflix/Amazon.

There are/were other issues too, but the response is always the same, super demotivating: “We’ve forwarded the problem to our technicians,” lol. It doesn’t even matter what language you write in—the answer’s always the same.
