Endless Analyzing on Disney +

I just subscribed to Disney +, with Ads, plan to download a few things. I tried to download Deadpool and Wolverine and it never stops analyzing. I have tried other movies and shows and they all do the same thing. I have attached a clean log file that just goes in and tries to analyze Deadpool and Wolverine movie.

As mentioned above, I do have the plan that has Ads, but I was told in this thread (https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/streamfab-support/streamfab/453765-does-disney-still-require-the-ad-free-plan) that the ad free plan wasn't needed. So, I don't know if it is that or something else. I am also in the US and do not use a VPN if that matters.

I've self only ad-plan and have many errors in log ..
.. but it works for me:

Have you tried refresh with F5 or here

@Germania I have tried F5 and the refresh button several times but still never analyzes. I have to cancel out of it. Could the ad-free requirement be a US only thing? I don't think you are in the US are you?

@Wilson.Wang In the US, do you have to have the ad-free plan for Disney + to work (Analyze and download)?

EDIT: I don't have an issue in upgrading to the ad-free plan if I have to, I just want to be sure I have to before I do.

I'm in Germany but it works with my plan also with vpn in USA

I did see one other person that could record it using the plan with ads. The other person responded said they used the "best" plan, which I think is the ad-free plan. I can play anything in the StreamFab browser, but I have to wait for the ads to finish first, which is what I would expect since I do have the plan with ads.

When you play it in the StreamFab browser, do you have ads? Something just seems odd. However, this wouldn't be the first time that something works for some or most people but some people things doesn't work.

When you analyze a show/movie for the first time on Disney +, does it take a long time to analyze or does it happen within a few seconds? Normally on other services like Prime, it only takes a few seconds to analyze.

Because the many errors (in log) and test if Key to decrypt 1080p is known
(CheckCached1080PKeyTable) it can sometimes take longer - see also here

Ok, I looked at that linked topic and saw it too 54 seconds to get through the analysis. So, I just tried the movie again and after a lone wait (I didn't time it), it did finally show up with the download options. I made my selection and it did download fine.

That is good news that I can use the ad version of the plan. I just have to remember to wait longer before making another topic.

While I have the ad-free plan for Disney+, I still have to wait a long time for SF analysis to finish - sometimes over 2 minutes, even for a single movie.

SF sometimes even crashes during the analysis. However, just restarting SF helps in this case.

So, ads or no ads, the analysis can be very slow.

In the end, Disney+ in SF has always worked for me and I was able to download whatever I needed. That's probably because they (Disney) are not changing much on their site.

It should be the problem for checking the 1080p can be downloaded or not.
