Paramount+ Not Working with new Firmware. Trying to download Bad Santa and has error code 3304

6.2.0.8 has not fixed this issue.

I have had issurs with Paramount + over the past few versions, including the newest version. I can load into the download screen but when I click on Start All or individual download, nothing happens, it just sits on Waiting to Download.

6.2.0.9 is listed as having fixed this issue. but it has not

I'm getting this error on Paramount+:

"Failed to obtain the decryption key, please contact us for assistance."

SteamFab for Mac Version 6.2.0.9, Paramount Plus still not working, even though said it was fixed. Still remains in Waiting to Download.

I got Paramount+ to work with 6.2.0.9 every time by going back to the "Home" tab on the right side of Streamfab after the file is set to download but just says waiting to download

I was hoping this situation with Paramount + would be fixed with the latest version, 6.2.1.9, but nope, Still Waiting to Download! Further more, I clicked on the support tab at the top of the page, filled out the required form and hit the Submit button. That submission failed also, and I tried several times! Streamfab seems to have some real issues!

Just downloaded version 6.2.2.2. Paramount + still not working! Apparently the develpoers are not attempting to fix the problem!

I tried to send this message to Support, and when I hit the Submit button, it failed -AGAIN! This is what I tried to send: There have been many complaints in the forum about Paramount + continuing Waiting to Download. You as the developers still have not resolved the problem. Last time you said it was fixed, it wasn't. today I downloaded Mac Version 6.2.2.2, and it still does not work! I tried to download September 5 - https://www.paramountplus.com/movies/video/8PT5sjd0j0SMVW3AYu6iSz_WsDF8wl5b/ - Why can we not get any Technical Support from this group?!

I just tried to download from Paramount + again with new Mac version 6.2.2.7. Got error code 801. Still not able to download. When are the developers going to fix this problem!!
