Huge problems with subtitles downloading from Italian NOW TV

This is one of the many episodes of Murder She Wrote downloaded from Italian NOW TV. And the same thing happens with other TV series (I also tried Carnivale and Outlander). I contacted the support center and they said they are aware of this issue. They told me that one month ago. And I contacted them two months ago, the day after I purchased the license for this product as well. And here I am, waiting they solve this problem. It was better to wait to buy this new license. :confused:

are the subtitles correct if you select "Extract to SRT file" click
settings - preferences - VIP services - preferred settings - under subtitle action - select extract to srt file from
the drop down menu.

I always download subtitles in external .srt files because if there is something wrong, I like to correct them. But here it is impossible to do it! (Maybe in this case, though, I could try the opposite. I could try downloading an episode with internal subtitles. Yes, I will give this a try). :rolleyes:
