In the Middle Eastern countries, over half a billion inhabitants live together, of which about 5 percent have Disney Plus, that is, 25 million inhabitants, now about one percent of them are probably potential customers of streamfab, that is, 250 thousand, which is simply a lot.
For some reason, Disney chose to use the Hot Star platform in these countries, and I emphasize that Disney Plus in the Middle East is not really Hot Star, but regular Disney Plus, only based on the Hot Star platform. One of the signs is that in Disney Plus in most of the world, login is done using a username and password, while in Disney Plus in the Middle East, login is done using a one-time code sent to a cell phone, similar to Hot Star.
Probably that's why the software doesn't work on Disney Plus in the Middle East.
