I am running the latest version of StreamFab 6.0.2.7 and I've had a ticket open with support for Months and have had no luck. I would say maybe 1 out of 100 attempts to download a paid video / video in a Message works. I've cleared the cache, I can play the video completely in the browser and each time Support just tells me to wait for or download the next version. I am sure it is more complicated than I know but if I can fully play the video why can't it be downloaded?
The videos in my download queue just sit there and say analyzing and eventually will lock up the app where I have to End Task it. I've paid for many videos that I can not download for months now. What is being done to resolve this? This is a PAID product that does not work 99% of the time. I am using it on a PC, No VPN or Proxy and as mentioned I can watch the entire video in the OF Browser built in to the app.
