I was initially having issues with downloading files one the analyzing was down. I downloaded the Newest Version did a full uninstall using the Ashampoo Uninstaller as recommended. I reinstalled and now everything seems to be ok except for MAX. It just sits on analyzing for every. I tried a couple different files. I do not use any type of VPN, and before this and the previous version I had no trouble with MAX. I left this running overnight and it still just says analyzing...

Hi there, can you upload a log file please for the developers to look at? I was having similar issues. I waited a few hours and I tried it again and then it worked. Sometimes I would have to restart my computer and then it worked.

Ugh I thought there was a log file attached already! Yea I tried the reboot No Luck there.

You tried Max and cancel Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and Max ..

In Log for Max I see: "Pplay error back: 1"

Close SF and try after rename your cache like here
(after this you have to log-in again)

Yea I checked after the install to make sure everything worked. I will try to do as you suggested, How do I skip Recap?

“on the way to work” I was a little imprecise ..
.. there is no Recap - only "skip" before the movie starts in player

(the movie is 1:32:44 - so it's before | tested in ad-free plan)

Only then start the analysis (assumes that “Auto Analysis” is disabled)

and if your cache is not corrupt or your vpn is blocked ..
.. you get the pic from #5 to select your video/audio/sub setting

Ok, so I renamed the Cache (For StremFab). I do not get a Skip, I select what I am trying and it goes right to Analyzing like shown in the screen above and I do not use a VPN. It still just hangs at the Analyzing

Correct, Sorry it is MAX that I am connecting to. I did just try again and now got this...

Open the "Hamburger Menu" (3 lines top right) select Settings
- look where is your Temp Directory, close SF
- open the Temp Directory - there is subdirectory cache
- delete (or rename) this - like here

I did that. I cleared my cookies from Google Chrome. Does the Cache thing, clear the StreamFab browser too?

That was a sample screen shot (not my actual thing). I did rename it like I was told and it is still hanging

Google Chrome has nothing to do with StreamFab ..
.. SF use Chromium Embedded Framwework (CEF)

That's how the problem started! I think it's just time to give up on StreamFab! It is always more headaches than its worth! I appreciate all the effort! I did everything you said and I am now sitting at analyzing for about 30 Mins now. The only thing I have never done is used a VPN. I'm at a lost but at least I know why I like Physical Media lol

@Germania Thanks for all the help! I got it working finally. It was something to do with the way I was logging into MAX (I get Free MAX through DirecTV). I deleted the Cache, and went through it all and its working now! Thanks Again!
