Yes that was happening also. I just figured out a way to get them to download. Apparently there were partial recordings from other users on my account that were setup in downloads. I went through and deleted all recordings on all accounts and then went back and added to queue. After that I closed StreamFab and then reopened it. Went straight to downloads and started the downloads. It was then able to download properly. My guess is it was something to do with the downloads on Hulu.
