@raven-au if I were you, I would also open a support ticket if you haven't already. I know a lot gets posted to this forum about issues with Unifab. That's all well and good, but we need to take it up with the development team via a support ticket if there are software issues. I'm not sure everything posted in this forum in the way of software issues is escalated to their development team.
That's the one thing I miss about RedFox (if you're even familiar with that former company and their media tools). If you posted something to their forum about a software glitch, it was the equivalent of opening a support ticket and it would get attention and get fixed, or they'd educate you on why things were working that way and how to work with or around them. The moderators there were very adept with providing educated and informed answers and I considered them subject matter experts on all they responded to. I don't see any of that happening in these forums here other than an occasional less-than-adequate acknowledgment from a moderator who may know next to nothing about what you're talking about.
