Is it possible to download from ITV-X?

I may be repeating a question asked previously, if so I apologize, but is it actually possible to download a file from ITV-X?
I have tried a few times to download a file but, although StreamFab acts normally and lets you load the file, when you click download nothing appears, even though the downloading flag shows a download active? The file itself remains “Waiting to download”?
Any help appreciated.

You need to login to ITVx or it will never download

Only one title affected? (if so name this)
or all ? - then try rename cache - like here
(after this new login required)

If that doesn't work either, I would suspect an ad blocker (perhaps DNS based) ..
.. is the title playing in the SF Player?

Keep getting logged out of ITVX then downloads stop. Gone back to previous version and still the same.
Abd via SF there is something wrong with ITVX as the screen keep flickering on the log in page

I logged out and see also signin page auto-refresh ..
.. I closed (X) the login site, start an analyzing
and after cancel the login site works fine

I've gone back to the latest version and deleted Log and Temp. Got logged out after 3 episodes downloaded.
Signed out then back in and downloads restarted although I'm expecting in a few minutes it will fail again.
Odd because 12 Monkeys downloaded almost ok overnight with just the odd fail. But Grange Hill is only available with a subscription so wondered if that made any difference

After I logged out and in again got the "update browser" request but that disappeared by itself and playback began.

Edit - as expected after just one episode the playback stopped and it went to the Account screen which was flickering and the downloads failed.

Now there is an alternative to SF I will try that

Purchased the alternative and that works fine with ITVX

Needless to say but the logging out problem with ITVX has not been solved with the new update and it still happens that clicking on a provider icon will very often not take you to the correct place so manually adding the address is still required

The new update has not corrected ITVX although it does mean Disney + doesn't work but going back 2 updates corrects that. Shame I can;t find any version of SF where ITVX downloads more than 3 or 4 episodes before logging me out
