It seems that the new version 6.2.1.4 is actually able to download videos from Disney+ with 1080p what is great news!But the codec used seems to be a QUICKTIME codec (Apple), named "V_QUICKTIME".(Update: V_QUICKTIME is the Matroska-way to indicate Apple Quicktime, where V_ is just a prefix for "video") Installing Quicktime for Windows does not enable any video player or video converter to work with the download videos.What can I do to convert them to AVC or HVEC format?Any advice is very welcome :-)

ive this problem too but ive a workround:settings -> preferred settings -> mkv (ffmpeg) this problem is not only on disneyand i dont like ffpmeg... its good for mp4 files but not for mkv filesmkvtoolnix (mkvmerge) is way better but idk what streamfab is doing with this bug

I always uninstall StreamFab completely using a professional Uninstaller, and I delete the DVDFab-folder, too.Then I use the offline installer - going this way I have never had any trouble so far.I switched back to MKX(MKVtoolnix), so the downloaded file is QUICKTIME again.I did other tests with ffmpeg (try to convert to a "better" format), and it gave me the hint that the file uses the codec "encv", i.e. it is encrypted.I think for some reason the (still) encrypted content is stored. For me, downloading 'Queen Rock Montreal' gives an empty mp4 file, no matter the resolution (tried 1080p, 720p and 360p). No error message, which is also strange.

Tried both the beta and 6.2.1.5.

Some older version of SF downloaded it in 720p no problem over half a year ago.

Other than that, hundreds of downloads are perfectly fine and in 1080p.

After further testing, I can conclude that Queen Rock Montreal with:

H264 AAC - downloads and plays fine
H264 EAC3 - downloads and plays fine
H264 Atmos - downloads and plays fine
H265 AAC - gives an empty mp4 file with no error message of any kind

I tested these right now with the lowest resolution and bitrate of video available.

The red case looks like some bug in SF.

I wonder whether the failing case is reproducible on your side too.

The third option should not be offered then, instead it should be H265 + AAC 2.0.

If you have vpn just change country to desired country (eg BE or NL); open streamfab, open D+ and re login with your own countries D+ details and you will have access to it.

Tried with numerous different audio qualities and languages myself including EAC and AAC 2.0 and 5.1 but same resulting audio error, no error with 720p and below.

Thankfully had access to decryption keys for this and so decrypted and fixed it myself.

Not quite sure what you are saying but my account is neither from BE or NL and when I change VPN (SS or Nord) to either of these countries and I log in to D+ with my details it gives me that specific countries offerings no issue including Judge Dredd and other movies not available in my home country (no issue with 720p Judge Dredd and others (1080p) been grabbed by Streamfab). Comes up with the travelling notice and says offerings might be different than your own country blah blah. Try it and you will see, nothing new.

It's WEB-DL, not screen recording. They also fixed the analysis time--before Disney analysis could take almost 2 minutes, now it's done in seconds.
