[Fixed] I cannot open the UHDBD drive on Windows 11

I am using a pre-flashed UHD friendly drive

Have not watched any UHDBD for a long time. Today I tried a FHDBD first with passkey and everything worked but when I inserted a UHDBD, passkey can detect it and even reports the entry file. However, if I ever click on the drive on Windows explorer, Windows will just say the disc is not available and eject the disk tray on my drive. I tried another UHD disc and got exactly the same result. Anybody knows what the heck is going on?

Are you saying that Passkey can read the same UHD disc, but Windows Explorer won't open it?
If Windows doesn't recognize the disc, Passkey won't be able to detect and load it.

What if you open it in Windows directly without running any other software?

That is exactly what is bizarre about this.
I also tried inserting the disc without passkey and it is the same (Windows ejects the disc) but I managed to create a backup using makemkv
Maybe I should just try rebooting the computer
