dolby vision support

Netflix always downloads in H265 - Dolbyvision no matter what I select during download. The color is not correct if the download is in dolbyvision. My log is attached. Cobra Kai downloads but the colors are all wrong.

Then your Display or Player don't support it

HDR10 would look pink and Dolby Vision look green if your player cannot decipher or tone map.

Your VIP setting is: Video Codec(Netflix): "H265 - Dolby Vision"
so change it and see here: SF 6221 - NF Selection looks fine but dl wrong Codec

I am playing the videos on my windows PC using DVDFabPlayer, on a firestick using Plex, and on an Android TV using plex and they all show the wrong colors. I changed the default preferences for netflix to HDR10 and it still shows dolbyvision in the log file. I had to trash the cache folder again then start and stop streamfab a few times and not it is downloading in HDR10.. we will see if the colors are ok or not.

downloading in HDR10 as the preference corrected the issue. this only happened on cobra kai, the night agent worked fine in dolbyvision.
