I moved your post to a separate topic because it had nothing to do with the topic you posted it to.

This is extremely common, and I'm surprised you haven't seen this before. I have the malware notice with almost every update of SF. There are three files that show up that way - youtubetomp3service.exe, qcef.exe and youtubetomp3process.exe. If not the last one, it is something else that I can't remember. The notice will allow you to ignore the warning and all will work fine after that.
