NOW tv not working?

Has the NOW tv module stopped working for anyone else? Got halfway through a series and it's just letting me watch the show rather than letting me download it. Any ideas?

Same for me, stopped working today. I've submitted a ticket, see what response I get. Last ticket I submitted took them about 4 months to sort.

Just wonderful. I also have the mac versions for downloading from Amazon/ITV/Ch4 and they're not working either :mad:. Think I'll have to start looking for an alternative download solution; streamfab isn't cheap but seems to spend more time broken than working lately.

Yes, I also can only watch NOW tv but there is no provision to download. Previously I have had an unresolved issue with only being able to download single episode with subtitle file without closing and reopening Streamfab Program. I am using the PC version.

Any change with the new update? I know it doesn't state the NOW TV downloader, just wondered if anyone tried it yet?

Now have completely changed how their site works, a reinstall will not cure this, it will require a major uipdate.

I'm still using 6.2.1.7 version of SF and I can download things from NOW as before. There are still many problems (subtitles, dual language), as I have already written in another thread. I can still download with this version though. Maybe you should go back to older versions.

I tried doing a clean install of SF version 6.2.1.7 no difference to me, still not working.

I opened a ticket long time ago about NOW (for subtitles issue above all).
I've just gone to my support page to check if there were some updates, and yes, there was an update: all my tickets are DELETED! Ticket about NOW, ticket about Mediaset Infinity, ticket about Pluto, and other tickets, all about UNSOLVED issues. What a disrespectful support! :mad:

Like droalexx I opened a ticket about Subtitle download problems some time ago but never received any resolution to the problem and had my ticket "closed". I have raised a ticket regarding the present total inability to download from NOW and was told they were aware of the problem and I would need to wait for a fix to be issued.

Now Only Amazon, Disney, Netflix, Skyshowtime and HBOMax can support to download multiple audios. Others will be supported in the future.
Are you using the latest version? If not, please update to the latest version first.

Usual answer. "Install new version, delete folders, specify the link"... Blah, blah, blah...
They are not even aware of the fact that updating to last version of SF, we cant download anything from NOW...

Cleverget is the only competition I know of. But it doesn't cover as much as Streamfab and Now is not covered at the moment

Didn't someone at one time even try contacting Cleverget and they said no?
They are not very helpful most times but if not then try contacting their support.
I still have a huge doubt they will support NowTv, they won't even support Peacock.

Annoying and amusing to see Streamfab trying to squeeze more money out of us with this New Product Guarantee rubbish. They can't even guarantee current products which go weeks and often months without working. I guesss I'm not alone in not falling for this money making scam
