Has the NOW tv module stopped working for anyone else? Got halfway through a series and it's just letting me watch the show rather than letting me download it. Any ideas?

Same for me, stopped working today. I've submitted a ticket, see what response I get. Last ticket I submitted took them about 4 months to sort.

Just wonderful. I also have the mac versions for downloading from Amazon/ITV/Ch4 and they're not working either :mad:. Think I'll have to start looking for an alternative download solution; streamfab isn't cheap but seems to spend more time broken than working lately.

Yes, I also can only watch NOW tv but there is no provision to download. Previously I have had an unresolved issue with only being able to download single episode with subtitle file without closing and reopening Streamfab Program. I am using the PC version.

I'm also experiencing this issue with the download option not showing up for any Nowtv content

Any change with the new update? I know it doesn't state the NOW TV downloader, just wondered if anyone tried it yet?

I'm still using 6.2.1.7 version of SF and I can download things from NOW as before. There are still many problems (subtitles, dual language), as I have already written in another thread. I can still download with this version though. Maybe you should go back to older versions.

Yes, all working ok here too.
Out of curiosity I downloaded some things that I already did months ago but that failed to burn using DVd Fab Bluray Creator correctly so lipsynch went out at the ad break point.
Despite the fact those old downloads burned ok using Leawo Creator something has changed within the SF downloads as new downloads now burn without a problem using the DVD Fab burner too.

Very odd, I've just tested again and it's still doing exactly the same thing, program intro idents appear, on any show, including music and then a few seconds in it repeats the music and the often skips back the video as well and then the audio and video will be out of sync until I skip forward to another location in the file when it will be in sync again briefly before getting screwed up again.

I'll try installing Streamfab on another machine and see if it's the encoding or remuxung on the machine that is the issue??

As expected, after installing on a different more powerful PC, exactly the same issue. Definitely something not right with the files created from NOW TV in the current version since the NOW website update.

I've been able to download and burn to disc various Now programmes, however the Michael Caine documentary sits forever on analysing

I can also, with .2.2.8, now download NOW TV Video & Audio without skipping issues however, no matter what I try, Sub-Titles refuse to come down. I raised a ticket earlier but all they say is "Have you selected Sub-titles for download" or words to that effect!!! They do not appear to even try it themselves to see if there is a problem.

I did notice that when I downloaded from Now I had to manually select subtitles to be included with each and every download.

The default was "none"

Yes, that's correct, you do have to manually "Tick" the English Box which is Unticked by default. Notwithstanding, having "Ticked" the box the sub-title still doesn't download.

NOW TV is finally downloading stable Video and SubTitle files with 6.2.2.9 however you can still only download a single episode at a time otherwise the SubTitle (SRT) file is scrambled with corruption from prior episode SRT files

I downloaded the Hammer documentary along with the ones about Sean Connery and Dean Martin.

The only one where the subs seemed fine was with the Connery one . Subs for both of the others seemed to mix up with subs from another programme completely
