Like others are finding, posting on here for help is a desperate last resort.
I wonder why
That's sad people feel that way, I feel that way about SF support, and they get paid.
This is user to user support, and I know I don't get paid. And yes, no one is forcing me.
I guess my payment is if/when I help someone get an SF issue fixed.
I guess everyone can see things different, but overall I got more/better support here then contacting SF support.
SF supports canned responses just don't help, either.
I have also been around forums for longer than I care to say. If users have those feelings, it should be addressed direct to SF, via the member portal, or pmed to dvdstaff, not pmed to another member. In other forums, the issues were always taken to the admins of the forum and let them handle it.
Let's get back to being nice and if that's not possible then I was always told if you have nothing nice to say don't say anything, or at least keep it private.
This also should be closed as this all has nothing to do with Netflix now.
