Look in your Events.log. Possibly some task such as indexing or virus check was going on at the same time and bottlenecked your download. I remember a long while ago that would happen to me, and it turned out some Google telemetry program was chewing up all my CPU % and stalling everything out. That Google program is long gone now. I, also, use Process Lasso Pro to automatically keep an eye on programs that misbehave and try to use up all the computer's resources. Lasso will cut them off when they try to grab too much.

Thanks for the ideas. I do have streamfab folders excluded from antivirus and malwarebytes. I do want to do some more checking over the weekend.
Just that Amazon goes very fast along with Peacock and Netflix. I do see pauses with Disney+
only sometimes and more noticeable with Hulu, so maybe there is something, just don't know why it don't affect the other providers. Part of what I may again try is resetting Microsoft firewall and do a Windows network reset. I already did a modem/router reboot.
I may also try the free variation of the program you mention. I already did do, which I tend to stay away from when SF is working, is a clean uninstall and install of latest version.
I just tend to lean back to SF and those particular providers that have the issues. I never use Xfinity DNS, I use open DNS which has been very reliable.
So I try to eliminate a lot.
