Can you choose the order in which the audio tracks and subs are downloaded?

There is really no need. When you play the file, mainly I use VLC player for PC, you can choose what audio track you want as well as what subtitle.
I also play most/all of my movies/shows from my pc to my Roku player via Plex, and I can choose what subtitles I want, if any, and also choose what audio.
But as the above reply says, you can NOT do it with SF, and I doubt there will ever be a choice of doing so in SF.

If you read through the forum, there may be outside scripts or programs talked about to alter those.

Yes, I know about VLC but like to keep my downloads with audio and subs in my own order HEHEH

Could run file thru MKVtoolnix. It does a simple remux of existing video, audio & sub tracks into a new .MKV container. Just takes a few seconds.
Key feature is you can change track parameters before Remux. Set the ones you want as "Default" and others not. Default will always show first in player selection menu. Can also set particular subs as "Forced" and they will show from playback start until turned off.
